This is always worth exploring…. The Festival of History this year is running from the 20th of September to the 10th of October, so there’s plenty of time to check out all they have going on.  Libraries all over Dublin City will be hosting over 70 events, including at least 30 online lectures and workshops, ranging from topics like Wartime Work Opportunities for Irish Women to Craig and De Valera’s historic only meeting to Medieval Dublin to Schrodinger’s Cycling map!    Not JUST for history buffs, there’s something there for everyone.  The list of events is HERE and definitely see if you can fit in something from the programme over the course of the festival – it rarely disappoints!
