To mark World Book Day 2022, we’re launching our inaugural Playwriting Competition.  This can be done individually or as a group, and there are prizes for Senior and Junior level.  The First Prize will receive a  €50 voucher and the runners-up €30.  There is also the added bonus of possibly having your play performed live next year.  The closing date for all entries is Friday the 1st of April and winners will be notified as soon as possible.   Make sure you follow the guidelines set out in the rules (available to download HERE, from the library or from your English teacher) and if you have any questions at all, please come to the library to ask Ms Ivory.  We can’t wait to read your epics, so don’t be shy to show us your Shakespeare side and get writing!
